Amenities

Our community has many recreational amenities, including:

A 25 meter Pool surrounded by plenty of space to relax in one of our many pool lounge chairs. We have a rest room facility attached to the pool and a baby pool area for small children.

Hawthorn of Aurora shares access to a 305 acre private lake with Aurora Shores residents.  Hawthorn residents may use the boat ramp and/ or rent one of the 40 docks available to the Hawthorn residents.

The Hawthorn of Aurora Clubhouse is available for reservation, by Hawthorn residents for a small fee. See link on this website to reserve the clubhouse.

Two Lighted Tennis Courts are available for use by homeowners.   Both courts are striped for pickelball play

The Hawthorn of Aurora Picnic Pavilion can be reserved for use by any homeowner.  Two (2) lighted bocce ball courts are adjacent to the pavilion.

 A playground area is available for children and adults.

New neighbors, please review the Welcome Letter document that was included in your Welcome Basket.  Hopefully this answers many of the questions that you may have.   Contact one of the trustees (see below) or send email to support@hawthornofaurora.com with any further questions.

Homeowners meetings are usually on Monday evenings at the Hawthorn of Aurora Clubhouse.  Unless noted, all meetings begin at 8:30PM. Click here for meeting minutes and information for the next meeting date
